Return Refund & Cancellation

SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after business hours may be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timelines                                                                                                                    

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Rest of India: 3–7 business days
  • Remote / Special Zones: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on location and external factors.

🔁 RETURN POLICY

A proper unboxing video is mandatory for any return or refund request.

Returns are accepted with complete packaging box including the delivered product only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered. Returns for change of mind are not accepted.

Customers must report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery. Any request raised beyond the specified timeframe may not be eligible for return.         

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our quality team, refunds will be processed accordingly.

·  Refunds are initiated within 2–3 working days after successful verification

·  The amount will be credited to the original payment method
